Is there a fee to use the site?

Everyone is welcome to Search for teachers and use the Forum at no cost.  If you’d like to use the Forum, you will have to register on the Students Join page, but there is no cost and Wisconsin Music Lessons will not share any of your information.  You don’t have to worry about getting spammed! 

There is a small monthly membership fee for Teachers to advertise their services on the site.  Details on this are provided on the Teachers Join page.

Have the teachers on Wisconsin Music Lessons been screened?  Have they had background checks done?

No.  Wisconsin Music Lessons is a directory of teachers but they are not pre-qualified in any way.  However most, if not all, of the teachers listed on the site will have references available upon request.  We provide the teacher listing, but it is the responsibility of the student, or parent of the student, to determine if a teacher is the right fit for the student.   Wisconsinmusiclessons.com is not and cannot be held responsible for verifying any of the information provided by teachers on the site.  (Please see Terms of Use)

I found a teacher on the site, now what do I do?

Some teachers choose to display their contact information in their profile.  Give them a call or email!  Others choose not to so we’ve provided a Contact form that you can fill out to inquire with a teacher.  Just go to their profile and click on the Contact button.
